“Sailing Away” on a Thames Barge is ideal for a family, group of friends, club or anybody just looking for a relaxing, peaceful weekend away, sharing good company in comfortable, interesting surroundings.

“Reminder” and “Repertor” take up to 12 guests and you can choose to self-cater or be indulged by our excellent hostesses and homemade food. Gather round the stove on colder evenings for board games, cards, music making or quiet reading. On summer evenings sit on deck with a cold drink and watch the sun set.

We also offer special interest cruises such as Birding, Art & Photography, Walking/Sailing, Barge Races and “Hands-On” Cruises.

Prices vary depending on length of cruise, location, time of year and catering.

REMINDER

Join us aboard  Reminder. She is based in Maldon most of the year but will be based in Mistley from mid June to Mid July. You can perticipate in the annual barge race if you wish, either for a day, weekend or long weekend. Reminder provides the most unusual and memorable venue for a variety of small static functions at Maldon Quay. These include meetings, dinner parties, birthdays and anniversary parties and small exhibitions.
