How to buy

It is best to leave the date open, as experience has shown that the recipient often changes a date that has been chosen for them in advance.

Gift Voucher Printed Card

We print a card with a barge picture on the front and specific wording inside. Typically this reads :-

You may decide to book one place or perhaps two, you decide and we can change the wording. Alternatively you may wish the voucher to be for a monetary amount, perhaps as part payment towards a trip.

We usually send a copy of our printed brochure with the voucher.

To arrange the booking, you need to fill in a booking form and return it to the office with a cheque, or give us a call to make payment by credit card. This can be for the full amount or a deposit, it doesn't matter.

We need some contact details from you. The first name and address you fill in will be the one we use for initial correspondence, usually you. Once we have received the booking form and cheque, we send you a receipt. If you have only paid a deposit, we will need to contact you a few weeks before the chosen trip to ask for further payment.

The second contact details will be for the recipient. If you are booking for Christmas, we will send the next year's programme automatically to the recipient, this is posted between Christmas and New Year. Once they have booked a specific date, we send them out joining instructions a few weeks before sailing.
